All lease terms are 1 year unless noted

We require security deposit and
one month's rent at the time of lease signing.

 Once we receive your application,
your place in line will be reserved and we will contact you for a showing, 
after viewing the unit in order to move forward you will be charged the 
$45 fee and we will process your application.

Moving Out:

If you are currently our tenant and are planning to move out.
     1. Are you at the end of your lease?
     2. Have you given us 30 days written notice?
